Profile® Apex Soft Touch
HYBRID WASH SYSTEM
Washworld’s Profile Apex hybrid vehicle wash system is specifically designed to give you the best of both worlds. It combines Profile’s soft touch technologies with Washworld’s advanced touch-free technologies giving you the freedom to offer a totally touch-free experience, an entirely soft touch experience, or a seamless combination of both.
Profile Apex utilizes dual overhead manifolds (low pressure and high pressure) for solution applications, high pressure cleaning, and rinsing. Digital Surface Profile (DSP) is the advanced method of reading a vehicle’s contours to allow rotation of the overhead manifold keeping it perpendicular to the vehicle surface and a prescribed distance from the vehicle resulting in optimal cleaning.
The stainless steel low pressure manifold utilizes 10 top VeeJet nozzles for applying low pressure pre-soak functions to all horizontal surfaces of the vehicle. The high pressure manifold utilizes 16 top stainless steel zero degree rotating turbo nozzles.
Double Barrel With Adjusting Side Arches
Profile Apex is equipped with dual side manifolds (low pressure and high pressure). Digital Surface Profile (DSP) is the advanced method of locating the vehicle then adjusting to the measured location of the vehicle’s sides and position in the wash bay. DSP enables the Double Barrel side arches to adjust for various vehicle surfaces providing the most precise cleaning possible.
The stainless steel low pressure manifold utilizes 14 VeeJet nozzles (7 on each side) for applying low pressure pre-soak functions to all vertical surfaces of the vehicle. The high pressure side manifolds utilize 26 stainless steel zero degree rotating turbo nozzles (13 on each side).

Energy Chain
The Profile Apex revolutionary double stacked cable carrier protects moving cables and hoses from abrasion and entanglement in a compact, space
saving design. Energy chain also provides controlled bend radius of cables and hoses to prevent pinching or kinking. Energy chain’s non-metallic construction ensures quiet performance, longer cable life and extended supply line life.
Profile® Apex Pump Station
HEAVY DUTY PUMP
The Profile Apex Pump Station not only comes loaded with standard features such as a poly tank, leveling feet and CAT pump complete with deluxe oil change kit, but it also includes 4 injectors; 2 pre-soaks for the top spray arch manifold and 2 pre-soaks for the side spray arch manifolds.
